The realistic physics and driving techniques actually affect your car, which is where a compatible controller helps. Gameplay-wise, Torque Drift on PC is still great. Unfortunately, the user interface is unintuitive. When competing on PvP, you only face off against the highest record of another player and not an actual live opponent, so there’s no need to worry about your unstable internet connection. However, some of them require you to be at a certain level. You can choose which stages you’d like to enter on the world map. You have four modes available: Freestyle, Events, Local Play, and Streaming.
However, the engine sound effects are inaccurate. Mostly everything is realistic, like the smoke effects and how the track obstacles can be damaged.
